EPISODE 27: POSSESSIONS

ABOUT: The order of Hadaquin put Paige to a test to prove she is a rightful mother.

Paige stands up at rogue knight Balthazar. "I can handle it. It's fine, go and be a knight. It's your destiny," Paige said. Rogue knight Balthazar asked, "You will accept me for whoever I turn out to be?" Paige just stood there looking at him. She looked deep into his eyes. She then breathed in deeply and shook her head. She said, "No I will not. Not anything. As long as it is for good, your true destiny. I accept your past and I'm going to do what I can to help you be the best." Balthazar's eyes glimmered. He smiled and said, "You pass the test."

Paige is brought from a black background to her four friends behind him. Paige hugs toddler Balthazar. "You pass the test," the Sovereign said. Sovereign in between his knights. "I regret to say Balthazar is rightfully yours," Sovereign said. Paige smiled with toddler Balthazar in her shoulder. She goes near Sovereign. "Well thank you Sovereign," Paige said. Balthazar grabs Sovereign's nose. Sovereign actually smiled, "Well. Ha. That boy sure does have a hand on him." He nodded to Paige. Then he directed to his knights. The Sovereign and the knights turned away. "We must be on our way then."

Paige reaches out to them (Sovereign walking away) a bit, but still with Balthazar. "Wait. Wait," she said. Sovereign turns around and Paige is closer to them. "Thank you so much. You do not know how much this means to me," Paige said. "Believe me I do. You love that child more than anyone can after knowing what he did. No one can forgive for what he did to his family. But you are giving him a second chance," the Sovereign said. The Keikenrangers see the backs of Sovereign and his knights, they teleport unified. Paige in front with Balthazar, the others (Kiro, Coribun and Isis) spread apart behind them. "Well they were a hell of good company," Coribun commented. "You sure can say that again," Isis said. Kiro asked, "How are feeling?" Paige answered, "Pretty damn good. I get to keep my kid. Hey, where's Candace?"

Candace came down the steps of the Shuudan Headquarters "Here I am and I have great news," Candace said. Candace and Paige at the steps. "The head elder says that I've improved tremendously and that I'm able to visit Morris for a small vacation," Candace announced. "I have great news too, I won a test and I can keep Balthazar!", Paige said. Candace asked, "Didn't you hear a thing I said?" Paige shouted, "I can keep Baltie!" Candace shouted, "Paige! I can visit Morris!" Paige yelled, "I can keep Balthazar!" Candace asked, "Paige! Are you listening?" Paige said, "Yes, are you? Who is Morris? I can keep Balthazar!" Candace said, "I heard you the first time. Congrats. Morris is my boyfriend from Earth. He was at my brother's funeral. Remember?" "Not really, well Balthazar needs a nap. I'm going inside," Paige dismissed.

Candace was clearly pissed off. Kiro consoled Candace on a backyard table at nighttime with fireflies flying around them. Kiro is drinking tea from a teacup. Candace is different lemonade. Kiro kindly asked, "So are excited about returning to Earth?" Candace excitingly answered, " Of course I'm excited! Enough about me, what about you? Kiro asked, "Oh, the being a leader thing?" Candace answered, "Yeah." Kiro modestly said, "It's okay." Candace asked, "Just okay?" Kiro jested with a smile, "Yes. It's not bad bossing people around." Candace said, "See, you like it."

Paige plays with Balthazar in her room. Paige said, "I love you Balthazar." "I love you mommy," Balthazar cooed. Paige sees Balthazar asleep in his crib. Paige thought to herself, "I can't believe he killed his entire family. His sister. His cousin. His father. His Mother. He looks so innocent." Paige kissed him good night on his forehead. Paige said out loud, "Good night Sweetie."
