EPISODE 63: SELLING OUT, A MOTHER'S DESPERATION

ABOUT: Balthazar is now in thirteen year old boy mode, Paige tries to train him in ranger skills instead of Hadaquin.

Continuation of Episode 62, Isis with wounded Nikolud on floor while Kiro, Paige, Devon and Coribun stand to the right trying to figure it out. Paige asked, "What did you just say?" "I think she said 'Hi'," Coribun said. "Isis, get up," Kiro said. "Kiro, be easy on her," Devon said. "Devon, thanks but I can handle this. Isis, get up," Kiro said. Kiro is furious. Isis said, "Kiro, I know this doesn't look-" "Save it. Go stand with the others," Kiro said. Kiro pointing at Nikolud. "Stay away from her. You managed to trick us once, Elliott. But not again," Kiro said. Isis asked Devon, "How did he know?" "Mary told us whom you went out with after we came back from The Agent's lab. We just figured it out now," Devon said. "You don't understand. I really do love her. I took this wound for her," Nikolud said. "You're so full of shit. You just want to lure her to the dark side," Kiro said. The team teleports away and Nikolud sighs as he is left alone. Nikolud is plunged into the shadows. "Whoa! Hey!"

Outside the Shuudan Headquarters. In the Medical Room the female doctor and chart next to thirteen-year-old Balthazar sitting on a hospital bed with no shirt on. Paige is sitting down. "He is perfectly healthy," the doctor said. "Good to hear," Paige said. "See you later. I have another patient," the Doctor said. Balthazar puts his shirt on. "There is something I want to talk to you about," Paige said. Balthazar asked, "What did I do?"
"It's not anything you did," Paige said. Balthazar asked, "Then what is it?" Paige asked, "I was wondering if you want to be a Shuudan trainee?" Balthazar said: "Would I? That would be so cool! My friends would be jealous, well if I had friends. This is great! I'll go tell Uncle Coribun!" Balthazar leaves happily. "Glad you're happy," Paige said.

Devon comes in and talks to Paige. Devon asked, "Did I just hear you tell Balthazar it was okay he could be a ranger?" "Yeah, you did," Paige said. "Paige, I thought we agreed that he would go through his destiny. Be a knight of a Hadaquin," Devon said. "Yes, I know. It's just…," Paige said. Devon asked, "Just?" "I would it better if he was a knight since they messed him up last time," Paige said. "Paige… You know that isn't true. This time it will be different," Devon said.

Outside the Yóri mo Takái headquarters. The Dark Elders are upset with Nikolud. The second dark elder asked, "How could you fall in love with her?" "I lied to her. It is a trick to lure her," Nikolud said. "Don't think you can fool us," Night dark elder said. "The Agent died because of you," the first Dark Elder. "We don't even know what to do with you," Third Dark Elder.

Kiro punching a punch bag. Isis just came in and she is the background. "Kiro…," Isis said. Exhausted boxer Kiro. "I want to apologize," Isis said. "Just answer me this, for how long have you been keeping him a secret," Kiro said. "Since he punch out our tires," Isis said. Kiro asked, "You knew about him back then???!" "Well, I didn't know he punched the tires. He told me someone hurt him," Isis said. Kiro asked, "He did trick you but once you knew whom he was, why you went on a date with him?" "I thought I could take him on my own," Isis said. " But you fell in love with him," Kiro said. "I don't know what to do with you," Kiro said. "Oh," Isis said. "Maybe it is better that you just go," Kiro said.

Balthazar using a blaster for target practice. Paige is happy. Balthazar karate practicing with Coribun. Balthazar practicing morphing moves. Devon comes up to Paige. "It is not a good move," Devon said. "I'm not listening," Paige said. Paige goes to Balthazar. "Son, Let's take it from the top." Isis is crying. Balthazar asked, "What is wrong with Isis, mom?" "Boy problems, dear," Paige said.

Kiro talking to Candace on a videophone. Kiro asked, "What do you suggest, Candace?" "Kiro, it seems you blocked her out. I would support her. She made a mistake. Give her the benefit of the doubt," Candace said. "Maybe you're right," Kiro said. "You know I'm right," Candace said.

Kiro goes to consult Isis. "Look I'm sorry I was hard on you," Kiro said. Isis sniffles and says, "That's okay."

Nikolud with his head bowed looking at four moons at night. "I love you Isis," he said.
