ANGLOMAN Vs. KEIKENRANGER Part 2
Written by Scott Harris and Gerald Conde

"Anything yet Paige?" Kiro asked impatiently. Paige was rapidly typing away at her laptop, searching through her organisation, the Shuudan's network. "The Shuudan Database has nothing," Paige muttered, "Every other major Sentai are retired from duty." "You're only checking the Japanese databases," Kiro pointed out. "Which," Paige countered, "If I'm not mistaken, documents every Sentai team apart from ourselves." "No I think there are some in other countries," Kiro insisted and against his companion's will, he moved the cursor over different regions of Asia and Europe. At first it seemed Paige was right but after a short while, a file came up on the screen and Paige began to read.

"Seitou Sentai Angloman. Currently based in the United Kingdom, the Angloman were first formed by the primary concept of A-Brace radiation. A-Brace was developed from a chemical known as Athzeron, of which England primarily is rich with. The radiation was originally intended to affect five soldiers from England's Ministry of Defence but due to unforeseen circumstances, five other individuals were selected. Mission details are that of the Darkshot Corporation, an intergalactic crime ring infamous in several solar systems. The Darkshot's intention is drain Earth's Athzeron resources and utilise these for the purposes of its current leader within our solar system."

"Ministry of Defence huh?" Kiro pondered, "Sounds like they know what they're doing." Paige brought up the personnel files, reading them quickly, "They seem to be a bit of a mix." "That's a good thing," Candace commented as she entered carrying a tray with cups of hot coffee on it, "May I see?" Paige turned the laptop to face Candace. The Jamaican woman read over them carefully, "They've shown signs of elemental control…" "You mean like Coribun's earth attack?" Kiro asked. Candace shook her head, "Not just attacks. They claim and show they have some actual control over the elementals of fire, water, earth, lightning and wind." "So what are you saying?" Paige asked, looking at her leader with a crookedly raised eyebrow, "That they're near gods?" "I didn't say that at all Paige," Candace protested sternly, "Though we may want to keep in mind what they've shown they can do…I'll get the others. We'll have to meet these 'Angloman'."

"How are they doing Belle?" the Professor asked in concern. "They should be fully functioning in say half an hour Professor," the android replied, "But whatever this Venomo did to them, it was bad." "Like poison?" Caster muttered. "No," Belle assured him, "Just paralysis." Caster nodded. Suddenly, the communications monitor on the central console went off. Caster pressed the correct button and a face appeared. The face belonged to a woman in her early twenties. She was a pretty Jamaican with recently straightened dark hair with red streaks and soft, caramel-coloured eyes. "Is this Professor Caster of the Seitou Sentai Angloman?" the woman asked. "Indeed it is," Caster nodded, "Greetings and what is the reason for this communication?"
"I am an agent of the Shuudan, located on the planet Juno," the woman responded. "Yes I have heard of the Shuudan. What a honor," Caster stated. "My name is Candace Regan, leader of the Shindou Sentai Keikenranger. We have recently defeated by a creature that seems to be linked to your foe, Darkshot. Our databases say your team had a similar incident." "Yes Ms. Regan," Caster bit his lip for a moment, "But what do you suggest?" "For the teams to meet," replied Candace, "Is it possible for the Angloman to meet us at the Southend Pier in two hours time?" "Yes Ms. Regan," Caster nodded, "I shall send them as soon as they recover." "Good," Candace saluted, "Over and out." The screen went blank.

The Keikenranger awaited their new allies at the end of Southend Pier. Coribun was at a nearby kiosk while Isis watched fish swim by. Kiro was impatiently smoking his cigarette by the pier as Paige and Candace looked over a file on the laptop. Coribun returned to his friends with his mouth full of candyfloss and a small carrier with five toffee apples. The Chinese youth grinned and swallowed his candy floss, "You've gotta try these English sweets! They're kickin! They got stuff called rock candy and it is sweet!" Before his friends could come over to retrieve their toffee apples, there was a screech as five teens on hi-tech, low-to-ground motorcycles appeared. They climbed off and approached the Shuudan officers.

"What are you kids after?" Paige demanded. "Call me wrong if you want but I believe you had us summoned," Scott replied flatly. "You mean you runts are the Angloman?!" Paige was shocked. The teens showed them their A-Braces as proof. Kiro frowned. Alan stepped forward, "And we would appreciate that you do not refer to us as 'runts'." He pointed at Isis, "She hardly looks much older than we are." "Maybe we only trust minors that much," Kiro growled, earning a glare from both Isis and the five Angloman. "Probably relied on weapons alone," Paige muttered. "Hey!" Beverley snapped, "I bet our leader could beat up your leader!" Candace and Scott looked at her wide-eyed. "Is there really a point?" Candace asked, "No offence to you five but we are members of a highly trained military-based squadron and you're just…" "As old as my Balthazar," Paige added. Scott narrowed his eyes, "Just because we're younger than most of you, you think we can't fight? We've defended our country just as well as you guys. If you want me to prove it by fighting you, then come with it."

Both leaders looked at their respective teams then at each other, taking their transformation positions.
"Anglo Henshin! Red London!"
"Glorification!"
In a bright flash of crimson, two red-clad warriors replaced Scott and Candace. Red London took his familiar fencing position, "Red London! Flame Within Me!" Keikenred performed a roundhouse kick followed by a salute, "Keikenred!" The remaining, unmorphed warriors stepped off the pier as their leaders took combat positions, staring each other down. "You're in over your head kid," Keikenred warned. "Bring it on Granny," Red smirked. Keikenred pulled her Shindou Blaster from its holster and fired but Red somersaulted out of the way and attempted a kick to Keikenred's back. The older hero grabbed her opponent's ankle and swung it, sending him across the pier. Red stood up groggily only to be tackled hard to the wooden floor.
"Sorry lady but this is where you get off," he brought his foot up into Keikenred's stomach, knocked her off. "Being smaller does have its advantages," Red performed a bicycle kick to Keikenred's chest, almost knocking her off the pier. "Siren Buster!" Keikenred held out her Glorifier transformation device and the air began to ripple around the two leaders. Red fell to his knees, gripping the sides of his helmet as a wave of high decibel sound hit him. He yelled in pain. "SCOTT!" Ivy yelled from the sidelines, "FIGHT IT!" Coribun, Paige, Isis and Kiro cheered on their leader as Rowan, Alan, Beverley and Ivy called to their own one, trying to bring him confidence. "They're counting on me to win this fight…to show we're just as good as they are…" Red muttered to nobody in particular, "…I mustn't fail them…I mustn't fail Ivy…" Keikenred was amazed as her opponent stood up against the sound and went for one of his holsters. "Anglo Crasher!" Red drew out his nunchuku weapon and knocked the Glorifier from Keikenred's hand. "Anglo Sword!" Red summoned his personal weapon and held it out at arm's length, "London Blade Twister!" He spun on one foot, becoming a small red hurricane, repeatedly smashing into Keikenred and knocking her further towards the edge of the pier. "Keiken Sword!" the older red drew her own sword and the blades clashed together, sending sparks everywhere.

"You show real promise kid," Keikenred growled. "You can't beat me," Red spat and elbowed Keikenred in the stomach before leaping up. "Candace! Catch!" Paige threw a pink block the size of a rubic cube. Keikenred caught it and tossed it into the air at Red. The younger leader gasped as the block hit his chest and expanded into bubblegum-like goo, trapping his arms against his torso. "No fair!" he yelled, landing hard on the pier. "There's no such thing as fair in a real fight, moron," Kiro said from the sidelines. "You'll think twice before messing with me!" Red growled and his body began to glow with flames, much to the amazement of the Keikenranger. "Red…Symphony…Smash!" he became a sphere of fire, forcing the goo to release him. The flames then charged towards Keikenred and engulfed her. There was a scream and then an explosion. Red was at the end of the pier connecting to the land. He fell, exhausted but Ivy caught him.

All but Red turned their attention to the opposite end of the pier as the angry Candace rising out from the sea, a red cut down her right cheek. With a light gasp, she collapsed, unconscious. Her teammates ran to her aid. Still barely conscious, Red smiled before demorphing into Scott. He had won the fight and just moments later, he fell unconscious in Ivy's soft grip.
